The Problem
Hiring needed a front door, not an inbox.
Rob's Roofing was growing fast across Arizona and Idaho, but the hiring pipeline lived in scattered phone calls, forwarded resumes, and word of mouth. Applicants had no clear place to raise their hand, and HR had no consistent way to compare candidates.
The goal: a branded careers site that treats applying like a real product experience, and a submission flow that lands every resume in one place for HR to review.

Why Work Here
Six reasons, said plainly.
The Why Rob's section answers the question every applicant silently asks: what is it actually like to work here. Elite standards, real growth, family feel, safety first, craft respected, year round work. Short cards, plain language, no corporate filler.

Benefits
What a career here actually includes.
Health and wellness, competitive pay, PTO and paid holidays, paid training, tools and uniforms, truck and fuel for field leads, referral bonuses, and crew events. Laid out as a single glanceable grid so applicants can see the full package before they apply.

Where You'll Work
Four branches, one standard.
Phoenix, Chandler, Tucson, and Boise each get their own card with a real description and a direct link to jobs in that market. Applicants self-select by location before they ever open a form, which cuts noise out of the pipeline for HR.

Apply Flow
Two lanes into the same inbox.
Option one, apply for a specific role. Option two, submit a general application with name, phone, email, preferred department, preferred location, a free text field, and a resume upload accepting PDF, DOC, and DOCX up to 10 MB.
Both lanes route to the same place: HR gets the resume, the contact details, and the applicant's own words about what they want to do, without chasing anyone down.

Why It Matters
Recruiting becomes a product, not a scramble.
A branded careers surface signals the same standard Rob's Roofing puts on every roof. Applicants get a real experience, HR gets a clean queue, and hiring conversations start with context instead of a cold call.
