Quick impact

The problem
Launching Mephisto Scottsdale products on Amazon meant tracking hundreds of sizes and steps across messy spreadsheets.
What I built
A shared workspace with a product library, a six step launch workflow, issue tracking, and notes for every product.
The result
79 products and 934 size variations are tracked in one place, so nothing slips through between Amazon and Shopify.
Listing Workspace

The Problem

934 sizes, two marketplaces, one spreadsheet.

Launching the Mephisto Scottsdale catalog on Amazon meant creating every product, linking each size to Shopify, turning on Marketplace Connect, and confirming it went live. Every shoe comes in a dozen or more sizes, so a single spreadsheet quickly became impossible to trust.

I designed and built Listing Workspace on Lovable so the whole team could see exactly where every product stood, pick up where they left off, and hand the client a clean report at any moment.

Focus

Know what to do next, the moment you log in.

The dashboard opens with a Continue where you left off card, a What needs my attention list that flags issues and stalled products, and a recent activity feed so nothing changes without a record. Two buttons export a client spreadsheet or full listing info in one click.

Product Library

Every product, six steps, at a glance.

Each card shows status, category, size count, and a workflow bar across Photos, Amazon, Shopify, Marketplace Connect, Live, and ASINs. Search works by product name, SKU, UPC, or ASIN, with filters, sorting, CSV import, and a light and dark mode.

Product Detail

One page holds the whole listing.

Opening a product shows its current step and progress, then the listing content itself: price, short description, bullet points, and image links with live thumbnails. Previous and next buttons let the team move through all 79 products without going back to the list.

Sizes

Size level control, without the busywork.

Every size has its SKU and UPC locked in, an ASIN field, quantity, and checkboxes for Shopify, Marketplace Connect, Live, and issues. Bulk actions apply a step to all sizes at once, and each stage shows exactly which sizes are still remaining.

Issues & Notes

Problems get logged, not lost.

Amazon live status, an issues and troubleshooting section with type and resolution, and a notes timeline close out every product. Open issues feed straight back into the dashboard so they get fixed.

Why It Matters

A messy launch became a clear checklist.

The team always knows what is done, what is stuck, and what comes next. The client gets an honest progress report anytime, and a launch of nearly a thousand size variations stays organized from the first photo to the last live listing.
