The Challenge
From contractor to category leader.
Rob's Roofing & Remodeling was a strong local business with a website and marketing that didn't match the quality of the work. Leads came in, but the brand read as a small operator, not the regional authority the team was becoming.
The mandate was total: rebuild the website, unify the print and signage system, launch social from scratch, and use AI to make a small marketing team feel like an agency.
The Strategy
One ecosystem, one voice.
Every touchpoint, the website, a yard sign, a TikTok, an email signature, should read as the same company. That meant one type system, one photo language, and a shared library of assets that stays consistent across web, print, and social.
On top of that: AI workflows for research, copy, image generation, and creative iteration, so that new campaigns can ship in a day instead of a quarter.

Lead Capture
Two lanes to a first conversation.
Homeowners arrive with different urgency. Someone with a monsoon leak needs a phone number and a fast form. A homeowner researching a full replacement wants to poke at numbers before talking to anyone. The site handles both, side by side, without collapsing into one generic contact form.
Free Inspection is the fast lane: ZIP routes the lead to the nearest branch, a three-step promise sets expectations, and the form is short enough to finish in under a minute. Smart Roof Estimate is the self-serve lane: an eleven-step wizard that cross-references thirty years of local pricing data and returns a projected range on the spot, no salesperson required.

SMS consent and TCPA compliance built into the same flow, see consent screen.

Mobile
In the customer's hand.
Roofing leads happen on a phone. A monsoon hits Phoenix at 2 a.m. and a homeowner is on their bed, not at a desk. Every surface, the hero, the branch-expansion story, the review wall, is designed to feel native on a small screen first, then scaled up to desktop.

Deliverables
A full brand ecosystem.
Website
Complete redesign on Lovable, multi-location architecture, service and branch pages, financing calculator, interactive estimate calculator, lead capture, Google reviews integration, FAQ system.
Branding
Business cards, presentation folders, QR cards, yard signs, door hangers, table signs, reception signage, Google Review cards, email signatures.
Stickers, vehicle graphics, banners, flyers, sales packets, direct mail, window signs.
Social
TikTok, Instagram, X, video thumbnails, caption strategy, marketing campaigns ('Something Big is Coming'), roofing reels, customer interviews.
AI Workflows
ChatGPT and Claude for copy and strategy, Lovable for interfaces, Gemini for research, AI image and video generation for creative direction.
Brand Partnerships
GAF Master Elite, Polyglass PremioPro, and Westlake Royal woven into marketing across web, print, and sales.

Brand
Heritage type meets modern craft.
The identity leans on solid, work-ready type and a color system that reads well on a screen, a truck door, and a business card. Partner badges from GAF, Polyglass, and Westlake anchor the brand as a serious player without overwhelming Rob's own mark.

AI Workflows
A small team, agency output.
Most portfolios don't show the workflow layer, but it's the difference between shipping one campaign a quarter and shipping one a week. The stack: ChatGPT for copy and strategy passes, Claude for long-form research and structured thinking, Lovable for interfaces and internal tools, Gemini for research and content review, plus AI image and video generation for creative direction and reels.
The point isn't to replace craft. It's to compress the boring middle so the work that reaches a customer is sharper, faster, and more consistent.

Review Engine
One QR code, four branches, zero friction.
Reviews are the lifeblood of a local roofing brand, but asking a homeowner in Chandler to hunt down the right Google listing out of four branches is where most review requests die. Every printed touchpoint, business cards, yard signs, thank-you leave-behinds, carries a single QR code that lands on a hidden branch picker.
The homeowner taps their city, Phoenix, Chandler, Tucson, or Boise, and the page deep-links straight into that branch's Google review composer with the star rating and comment field already open. No searching, no wrong listing, no lost review. Result: 580+ Google reviews at 4.9 stars, feeding right back into the social proof on the homepage.

More important than the count: consistency. A customer who sees the yard sign, googles the company, and lands on the site now gets the same brand in every frame.
